Sheila Payne Rigelsky has been involved in baton twirling since 1979.
Sheila competed in local, regional, state and national competitions for 16 years. Her accomplishments include being selected as a Goodwill Ambassador to Peru, winning the following titles of College Miss Majorette of Texas, International Show Twirl Champion, National Majorette Top 20, Intermediate Miss Majorette of America, America’s Talent Winner, National/World Open Twirling Champion, National/World Open Strutting Champion, Southwest Regional Twirling and Strutting Champion, Texas State Twirling and Strutting Champion, Miss Majorette of the Southwest, Miss Majorette of Texas and Texas State Show Twirl Champion. She was also the first ever Feature Twirler for basketball at Texas A&M University.
Sheila is the former choreographer of a Miss USA preliminary pageant, as well as, former producer and choreographer of the U.S. Runway Miss and U.S. Runway Teen Pageant system. She is the Executive Vice President of Diamond Productions. Currently, Sheila instructs students from all over the U.S. as well as judges locally, regionally, statewide and nationally. She also directs the Miss Majorette of Texas and Texas State Championships when it is held in the Dallas area.
At the national level, Sheila directs a portion of the Teams championships and the Rhythmic championships. Sheila is the Co-Director of Texas Touch of Class, and her students have won many local, state, regional and national titles.
Assistant Coaches
Kassie is a former Wildcat Twirler for Kansas State University. She has been involved in twirling since 1988, and has competed in local, state, regional, and national competitions. In her 16 years of twirling, Kassie’s achievements include winning College Miss Majorette of the West Central Region, West Central Region Twirling, Strutting, 3-Bbaton and 2-Baton Champion, College Miss Majorette of Kansas, Kansas Twirling, Strutting, 3-Baton, and 2-Baton Champion, International Show Twirl Champion, National/World Open 2-Baton, Duet and Trio Champion, as well as being a member of a team which one the National Halftime Show Team Championship. Kassie is a Assistant Coach with Texas Touch of Class.

Miss Shirley, as she is known in the twirling, dance and pageant world, has had 17 years of formal training in dance, modeling and baton twirling. For over 54 years, Miss Shirley has instructed students from all over the U.S. who have won state, regional, national and world championship titles. She was also the director and then co-director for the Miss Majorette of the Southwest and Southwest Regional Championships for numerous years. She also directs the Miss Majorette of Texas and Texas State Championships when it is held in the Dallas area. She currently judges dance, twirling and beauty pageants throughout the United States.
Miss Shirley also competed in the Miss America pageant system, winning the talent and swimwear portions numerous times. She has trained Miss America and Miss USA contestants who have won their respective pageants. Many of her younger pageant students have won numerous local and national titles in various pageant systems. She is the former producer of Miss America and Miss USA preliminary pageants, as well as, the U.S. Runway Miss and U.S. Runway Teen Pageant system. Miss Shirley is the President of Diamond Productions. She is also the Co-Director of Texas Touch of Class, and her students have won many local, state, regional and national titles.
